Describe what you do: We’re a tow company offering our services to Naperville, Plainfield, Bolingbrook and surrounding communities since 1995. We offer towing plus roadside assistance services, including jump start, auto lockout, car unlock, tire change, gas delivery, battery replacement, junk car removal, transmission plus engine replacement, and complete auto repair referral services. We pay for junk cars. Also, we are partnered with a local collision repair, body repair and auto repair experts for added convenience to our customers.

What sets you apart from similar businesses? We are family-owned and operated, priced right, and offer quality towing service you can count on.
What qualifications or characteristics do you have to operate this type of business? Our staff is made up of leaders; we all have ideas. When we’re mixed and stirred together, boom.
Why did you decide to open your business in Naperville? We grew up in Naperville. We have a lot of friends in Naperville. We want to take care of Naperville like Naperville took care of us.
Why did you pick this specific location/storefront? It’s just how the cookie crumbled, so to say.
What obstacles did you find when you started? People lie, plain and simple. So, be careful who you trust. There is always someone who wants what you have or could have. There is no “I” in team, but half the world suffers from I-itis.
What mistakes did you make? We’ve tried giving everyone a chance, but not everyone treats people the way you want to be treated, like we do. A lot of people lie. It’s a part of life you have to learn; sometimes you learn it the hard way.
What did you do right? Well for one, we treat people the way we want to be treated. Two, we did our homework and made the right friends. But then again, we’re always studying, doing homework plus networking while making friends.
What advice would you give to someone else looking to open a business in Naperville? If you’re trying to start a business in or around Naperville, my advice would be, do your homework and make the right friends.
