“I left work after 5:30, it was already dark, and my car would not open with the remote, or start. I went back into the office and pulled up towing services in/near Naperville. The first company I called was on Ogden Ave, east of my location and they said it would take an hour in rush traffic, I should call someone closer. I then searched by location and call Towing Recovery. The most helpful man went over the conditions of my car, offered either a jump or roadside assistance with a new battery replacement. By now it is almost 6:30 pm, and even if I only had a jump, I would still have to get somewhere batteries are sold to have one installed. He clearly went over my options and offered help for whatever I decided. I decided to have him install a battery. Corry was the person who had spoken to me, and he performed the service. He brought out a new battery. It had been so long since I had a battery replaced, the hold down screw was really difficult to remove, but he worked on it for about 15 minutes and got it off without breaking the part (someone who didn't care would have broken it off and just said O Well- it was old). Corry was great, and I now have this number in my phone contacts. I am recommending everyone to call them first.”
